All over the world, there are many debates regarding the Covid-19 vaccine - whether to get it or not. This blog post is going to display an unbiased argument, properly displaying both sides of the situation. There are many people that are for it, for various reasons. A lot of people want to protect themselves from the virus that has the potential to take lives, but also have other motives influencing their decision to receive the vaccine as well. For instance, a lot of people just want life to return back to normal. The more people get vaccinated, the less people that will have Covid-19 and the more things can be open and we can return to life pre-Covid. In addition, a lot of people also want to travel, stating that they believe places are going to require vaccination records upon entry.

However, there are many people who are against the vaccine. They are skeptical stating that it is such a new vaccine. This is an issue because we don’t know the long term effects of the vaccine - simply because it hasn’t been around for long. In addition, people are terrified of the side effects it can have, and the list of side effects seems to be growing everyday. Some of the side effects include: tiredness, headache, muscle pain, fever, chills, nausea and much more. However, those symptoms typically only last 24 hours after receiving the vaccination. Some people also don’t see the point in receiving the vaccination upon the condition that they still would have to wear a mask.

This is a tough decision all around. There are so many factors in this decision. To trust or not to trust science. The people need to think both for themselves and also the people around them. It will be interesting to see who decides to receive the vaccine vs who will decide against it, along with their reasoning behind their decision. Will new reasonings arise? Will more people receive the vaccine than not? Only time will tell.
